I came for work, but Campbell River is quite scenic and a great place to get away from the bustle of more urban areas.
Walking the waterfront and Shoppers Row was great. Golfing at Campbell River and Storey Creek Golf Courses were great.
Beautiful ocean side town
Campbell river was OK. Nice driving roads over to Gold River. Parallel 50 restaurant was good.
The town was lovely and very scenic.

Staff were great, rooms were very clean. We lived in Campbell River for 27 years and returned to visit family & friends.
Campbell River has a wonderful location along the ocean with a frontage walkway for exercise and to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
Beautiful little town.
Campbell River is nestled in a range of forest and there's nothing along the hwy. Great road!

Family live there. The gorgeous location - the waterfront, mountain views, hikes, beautiful lakes.....
Walking along the shore was enjoyable and local businesses along the path helpful when looking for assistance to locate other services. People in drug mart were friendly and able to help with pharmacy medicine issues!!
We liked Crystal Lanes bowling and Ryan's Pizzeria. We also liked Aboriginal Wildlife Journeys and our 4-hour water adventure with Garry.
