Holton was wonderful. Nice place to visit.
Coming home is always bittersweet. A lot has changed, but a lot remains unchanged. I love the friendliness of the people, the values everyone upholds, it sounds like the churches are thriving -- its just a good place to raise a family and encourage friendships that last. It's a good place to be "from."
For overnight travelers, there are several fast food restaurants near by: Taco Bell, Burger King.

Boomers is an excellent place to eat and good shopping downtown.
I stay there because of the location to the casinos.
A quaint little town with great architecture and quite a few places to eat.
They have a awesome park nearby.
All the shops around the square. Great restaurants. Friendly people.

We enjoyed a great steak dinner at the Trails Cafe. Kansas folks are very nice!!
