Park Rapids is a great place to stay. I especially like all the lakes and the Heartland Trail. They also have a beautiful Veterans Memorial.
All of the wonderful things that go with a summer vacation. Fishing, swimming, and just being on clean waters with a cold beer.

A very pleasant small town with a great Italian restaurant and a small Episcopal/Presbyterian church for our Sunday worship.
Wide variety of things to do, depending on season, everything is close together as far as eating options, shopping, etc.
