The Canadian National Arabian Championships were on while we were in Brandon and Sunny Side golf course is also great!
We came for a social event but enjoyed shopping and the restaurants.
The city has adequate public transportation and taxi services and is pedestrian friendly. Brandon is a wonderful place to visit.

I loved the shopping. As in swan river we don't have a lot to choose from. I liked that Brandon had healthy heart restaurant options as my husband had a stroke.
