The White Sands is a Family owned and run facility. We have been in business in Point Pleasant Beach since purchasing the original White sands in 1980. The Resort is five motel style buildings located right on the ocean side of Ocean Avenue. Consisting of 74 rooms, 14 with Ocean views. Also located on the resort side are two outddor pools, a kiddie pool, private beach, adult Ocean Terrace, a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for special events and parties. Kitcat's corner and Lido Cafe, serving breakfast and Lunch. Located across the street from the ocean, is the Hotel facility. The Hotel boasts of Spano's Ristorante Italiano, banquets and catering in the Crystal Ballroom, Sea Spa & Salon, Fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and Papa's Lounge. The Hotel consists of 56 well appointed rooms, including the Presidential Suite and the Honeymoon Bridal Suite. "Getaway" packages and gift certificates are available.
