The largest of our meeting facilities, the expansive Regency Ballroom, is one of the largest hotel conference venues in the entire city. Spacious enough to accommodate 130 full-size exhibit booths, this ballroom is the ideal location for any corporate gathering. Dazzle conference attendees with an exciting opening day extravaganza on a stage, complete with lighting and special effect, in a theater-set up for 1,600. Create a themed gala with banquet seating for 1,200, along with space for a dance floor and entertainment. Regency is easily divisible into as many as six separate rooms, each large enough to host classroom set-ups for 100 or more guests. The adjacent Regency Foyer is perfect for setting up pre-conference registration tables, continental breakfast buffets and more.
