We had 28 rooms reserved and they dropped one of them. We made it work with 27 rooms and still one of those rooms wasn't ready for three or four hours after our check in time. There was no explanation and no compensation offered. I was later woken up by customer service after midnight complaining that part of our party was being loud in the lobby only to go down and discover that it was a completely different group that was part of a wedding party. Apology and very minimal compensation was offered only after I asked to speak with a manager and asked for compensation.

The service, the remodel, everything about our stay there was fantastic! The grand club and the hotel lobby and bar were particularly popular with our group. We actually composed our vows and polished our ceremony in the serenity of the grand club room. Nearly every night after our wedding events ended we congregated in the lobby and pub instead of opting to go elsewhere to continue the after party. The food was delicious, the drinks flowed and it made it so easy to coordinate a meetup of 50+ people by having it right where they were already staying. Thank you!

Guest rooms at the Grand Hyatt Denver, which are the largest in the region, have a fresh, new look and feature The Grand Bed, complete with pillow top mattresses, a fresh quilted blanket and plush pillows. The rich woods, warm fabrics and natural stone, capture the charm of the Rocky Mountains and deliver it to the heart of the Mile High City in our new Hyatt accommodations. The comfortable chairs and ambient lighting are adjustable for work or relaxation, making guests feel at home and at ease. Each guestroom offers coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, bathrooms with granite countertops and massaging showerheads, walk-in closets, daily newspaper delivery, and mini-bars.The majority of our 58,000 square feet of our meeting space was renovated completely in 2005 to include state of the art sound and lighting systems in our main ballrooms, carpeting, wall coverings, and art work that is reminiscent of Colorado. Many of the rooms feature floor to ceiling windows with great views of Downtown Denver and the Rockies. Our award winning Pinnacle Club by Hyatt event space was the recipient of the AAA 4-diamond award for “Special Events Venue of the Year” in 2008. The space is on the 37th and 38th floors and features floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking western views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver. It is great for receptions, dinners, high-end meetings, and other events that aim to impress!Enjoy the convenience and complimentary use of downtown Denver’s only outdoor running track and tennis court, with panoramic views of the Denver skyline. In addition, guests will enjoy our sun deck and hot tub outside of our glass enclosed swimming pool. Complimenting these, is a state of the art, newly renovated health club with a cardio theater.
