We requested a King bed room on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival the ice maker was so loud it was shaking the wall inside the room. We ask for another room and was given a handicap room and said it was the only one they had. The handicap room had hair on the bathroom floor and the bed was not comfortable. « less

I have stayed at Hampton Inn Foothill Ranch multiple times and have another reservation pending! I do travel frequently with my business and my daughter's volleyball tournaments, and I can easily say this is one of my favorite hotels for several reasons. First, the customer service is outstanding, and I have never felt so welcome at checking in and for guest services! The rooms and amenities are among the best I have experienced (plenty of space & comfy beds) and my family rates the free breakfast much higher than other Hamptons or Holiday Inns we have stayed at. The location and proximity to the freeway and to restaurants and shopping is so convenient and the area surrounding the hotel is very scenic, so it's an enjoyable getaway from our home in the desert. We will be back again & again! « less

We needed a quick local hotel because our hot water heater broke, so we decided to come over to the Hampton Inn. What a jewel in our back yard! The breakfast was AWESOME, the rooms were clean and fresh (the hot water was HOT), but we were most impressed with the hospitality of the employees. They acted like they owned the joint! They were so accommodating and friendly! Wonderful experience, have already recommended it to friends! « less

Experienced a problem with the door lock, and the staff was able to get it corrected and comp my first night due to the inconvience that it was. Very satisfied with the hotel and the service that the basketball team received. I would reccomend this hotel to others, and we would dfiantly stay at the Hampton Inn again. The breakfast provided was not the greatest but the team was thankful for a healthy meal to start their day. « less

I came for a basketball tournament and selected this hotel based on proximity to the gym and price but I was pleasantly surprised by how great a QUALITY establishment this is. Hands down, the customer service I received here was the BEST I have experienced and I travel extensively. Mari was a truly wonderful example of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast was great- the have bags to go if you're in a rush and this is the first hotel that I have visited that has different entree varieties each day. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to 2 malls, walmart, target and a great deal of restaurants. The only drawback was the jacuzzi was dirty and the fitness room didn't have too much equipment. « less
