We recently stayed here for 6 nights. We had a gorgeous room, with access to the outdoor area. Everything was clean and beds comfy. We were very disappointed with the room service. A note was slipped under our door each morning stating if we were not out of our room by midday, our room would not be serviced. Even though we left by 10.30am each morning on 3 occassions our room had not been serviced. One morning we agreed to the room being cleaned while we were having breakfast at 9.00am, so we could be assured that it would be serviced. On another occassion no clean glassware was left. We contacted reception who offered to bring it to our room. We waited 45 minutes and it did not arrive. Customer service was very poor, with no apologies made. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Breakfast was disappointing. « less

I had to go to a medical school interview, and the shuttle service was very friendly and casual, easing my nerves on the drive (especially since I was unsure of how to get there). The room was very spacious and nice. I get the feeling that this building was very new when I attended.
Located next to multiple restaurants and had a snack machine for late night cravings. If I had one peeve, it was that the location was kind of hidden behind trees and restaurants, but once I arrived it was great! Highly recommended. « less

We had planned a short East-of-Phoenix hiking/exploring trip and were delighted with our choice of Country Inn and Suites. Easy access to hwy for Superstition Mountains, Salt River and beyond. Our room was spacious, quiet, well equipped and very good value. The staff were super friendly and genuine, always open to chat and offer suggestions about local activities and events. The hot breakfast offered many great options and service was exemplary. A refreshing swim in the sheltered pool was much appreciated at the end of our days. If you are planning to see more of Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale, it is a bit of a drive, but still very manageable given the efficient highway network. We look forward to investigating more locations with this hotel chain for upcoming holidays. « less

We stayed for two nights while in town to see relatives. It's your average hotel. It's clean, check-in was easy, front desk was nice & polite and had a call once we in our room to make sure everything was okay. Lobby & eating area are nice. Breakfast wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but obviously each County Inn & Suites has a different set-up. But overall it was your typical breakfast buffet. It's conveniently located near the freeway, which was nice. Room was clean, we requested a room not facing the freeway after reading other reviews, so we didn't have a noise problem. Only complaint about the room is that our toilet sucked & did not want to flush correctly no matter what. One thing I was not expecting was this to be the young adult drunk hotel. Yes, it was Friday & Saturday night, yes there is a sports bar right next door. But both nights we got back to the hotel around 9:30 and there were young 20-somethings walking the halls carrying bottles of alcohol & acting stupid. First night we just brushed it off but we found it odd that it happened both nights and it was different set of kids. But overall, the stay was good. I would probably stay again if in the area. « less

The location was excellent for attending Country Thunder Music Festival. They offered a shuttle service to and from the festival which was very helpful.
