The facilities seem relatively new and well-designed. There was a problem with the water system reported by one of the staff to me, but I did not experience it. The location was convenient to drive into town.
My previous review on the staff service was censored by the site so I suppose a less clear review without any context is the only way to convey my experience, and that of the other twelve guests with me, to fellow travelers. Since my time spent providing detail and points for improvement/specific examples of my experience to be confirmed or refuted is somehow unacceptable to the site, I’ll simply say my experience with the front desk staff was horrible. Since I am not allowed to provide clear explanation of my perception, I am forced to recommend no one stay at this hotel until the staff are retrained or replaced. « less

I stay at this hotel at least once per quarter. Their staff is friendly. The facility is always clean! I enjoy a good run in the quiet neighborhood behind the facility when the weather is nice, and when it is too hot or raining the fitness center works just fine.
The staff is always helpful when I need a suggestion for a new place to eat, or if I need something for business.
When you travel as much as I do it is nice to know that you will be taken care of! « less

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and well decorated. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. There was a little restaurant in the hotel that offered a small menu of Starbucks coffee, drinks, lunch items and breakfast. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. « less

The staff were great, even with our needy family. As a frequent hotel traveler, I love Courtyard's new bistro atmosphere. The fresh and healthy food choices are great. We'll definitely be back!
