Property Description

The hotel design debuts a bold change in room décor for Holiday Inn and will create a residential atmosphere that is warm, trend-forward, contemporary and comfortable. The hotel features a natural, fresh color palette punctuated by pops of energetic colors. Guest beds are made using crisp, white bedding with pillows that come in two comfort levels: “soft” and “firm.” And the bathrooms include a specially designed showerhead that offers superior pressure, as well as a signature shower curtain with curved rod and new amenities. The residential design includes business-focused necessities like an ergonomic work station and data ports in each guestroom. Complimentary high speed Internet access – wireless and hard-wired – is available in all guestrooms and all public spaces, including lobby, restaurant, bar and outdoor pool area. In addition, each room will have the standard Holiday Inn guestroom accommodations – comfortable double, queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, cable television, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The Holiday Inn-Irvine Spectrum will also offer a variety of other amenities such as I-Phone Docking Stations with Radio Alarm, free morning newspaper, 37” flat screen HDTV with premium cable, microwave and mini refrigerators in all guestrooms, 100% non-smoking hotel, guest laundry room, Sundries Shop with ATM, state of the art fitness room, outdoor pool & spa, Kem’s Restaurant & Bar, and complimentary business center. With almost 1000 sq. ft. of function space, the hotel will also be available for business meetings and banquets.
