So I purchased a hotel voucher for 3 nights & 4 days high Ocean view room. It was a absolute B E A U T I FUL view! clean, comfortable room. The hotel's location is it the heart ( middle) of Waikiki. I enjoyed mt stay with my family. Staff was awesome & on top of things. we didn't dine in the hotel, its a bit pricey. we settle for early bird specials and couponed specials on the strip. hotel is also right next door to intl.market place and across the street from the beach...perfect location in my opinion.there's only one swimming pool which in the center of tyhe whole property , I personally didn't like its location! but hey the beach was 2 min walk across so no big deal. as for cons, no kitchenettes avaiable thru out the entire hotel. theres no microwave in rooms either ( I was suprised at that) we brought some in room snacks for kids hot pockets, cup of noodles etc, so microwave was needed, Oh but you can request one for a daily charge of $10.00 wasn't happy about their meaning of per day, its not per 24hrs ( a day) its just daily charge. and parking garage has no elevator service, so if your parked on the 5th flr garage you get a bit of a workout getting to & from your car. We enjoyed our stay and would rate this hotel a 8 out of 10...would come back for sure! p.S. please try PUKA DOG while in waikiki its in the intl market place entrance on Kuhio side , its a stuffed like hot dog with island flavor condiments ...DELISH, we ate there twice during our stay! « less

One of the best view of Sheraton of all. We got a room that is located up high (dont remember the floor #) but we could totally see both the ocean and city lights. No better location than this hotel, next to the market and shops. The room was a little old-looking but clean. Balcony on the room was great with 2 relaxing chairs. Snack in the afternoon + the view = happiness. The only thing that we weren't happy about was the continental a.k.a super cold breakfast. We were only allowed to eat cold stuff like fruits and pastries. We ended up paying few extra dollars for hot fresh breakfast. Otherwise, perfect stay! « less

For the price this hotel was great. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We chose this hotel based on a friend who frequently travels to Oahu and she said it was a nice hotel. We picked a room with a pool view and was greatly surprised with the pool view and a partial ocean view as well. Loved the balcony with this view! The housekeepers were friendly and rooms were always well cleaned and neat. Great hotel, defiantly would stay here again! Oh yea, self service parking is included with the resort fee, great bonus!! Enjoy! « less

The lobby was nice, check in was fast, staff very friendly. Room was in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning unit was from 1960. No setting other than on and off. And absolutely filthy, the rust had rust on it. The toilet was an industrial toilet, when you flushed, it was so loud. Tiles were very dated in the shower. Our balcony overlooked the parking lot, that was a bit disappointing. Rooms had a safe and fridge, that was nice. Pool was nice, lots of chairs and towels. Chairs to borrow for the day and take to the beach. I was there 2 years ago and they had a take out buffet breakfast for 10.00. They don't have that anymore, and want you to pay 25.00 for breakfast. Location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and night life. « less

This hotel seems a bit outdated however the lobby and rooms were very clean. The check-in line was a bit long when we arrived as they could have had more staff assisting with guest check in. There were had plenty of wifi stations for guest to use. Our room was close to the elevators which you could hear late at night. The parking garage had easy access. Don't spend extra money getting a room with a view as this hotel is not on the beach. The pool was small but you could check out towels and take them to the beach just located across the street which the hotel had a special section and did an afternoon drink and fruit service for the hotel guest. The concierge was helpfull when we needed travel arrangments on our wedding day. I recommend this hotel for the location and price! « less
