We have found the Hampton Inn chain to be very dependable, and the one in Waxahachie was even better than expected. Checking in and out was seamless, the room was large and comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices both hot and cold. This is one of the hardest jobs at a HI, and this one is fortunate to have a great kitchen staffperson. I hope she is there when we go back. « less

Good hotel that is situated right next to the convention center as well as close to other fun places like Scarborough Renaissance Festival. If you've never been to Waxahachie, Texas there is a historical downtown area that is nice to visit and some of the best rural driving for car enthusiasts close to Dallas. « less
