I have been staying at this hotel on and off for almost 4 years, and am so sad that I've been relocated and probably won't be staying here again for a while. Can't wait to go back. Went with a friend to the Sewing Expo in Baltimore. We stayed at the Sheraton Inner Harbor, as it was connected to the Baltimore Convention Center. We had breakfasts, late night drinks, and lunches at the Sheraton. We were served huge portions of delicious food, and received wonderful,friendly, and attentive service. But best of all were the beds. We had a room with 2 queens (maybe they were double size, not sure). The beds were so-o-o comfortable that we did not want to get out of them. The bedding and the mattresses were just wonderful! The hotel was a few blocks off 95S, and when we left was just 2 turns to get back on 95N. I want to go back with my Husband for a long weekend. I highly recommend this hotel. « less

My husband and I have stayed at this Sheraton several times. We have been Starwood members for a long time and always choose Sheratons when we travel. Every time we stay at this location we have a great experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to the harbor. The staff is amazing. Winston at the front desk got us checked in quickly and was very friendly and professional. I would like to thank Chuck Payne in customer service who helped us get the perfect room for us so we could be close to our friends who were also guests there. He was outstanding. The accomodations were perfect and the rooms were very clean and the beds are so comfy. We were on the club level so we had a complimentary breakfast every morning and the woman who took care of that was also very accomadating and friendly. We will be sure to be back and stay here again.Thanks again to Chuck and the staff! « less

15 colleagues and I stayed for almost a week at the Sheraton Inner Harbor for a recent convention and NO COMPLAINTS from any co-workers! Not even the smallest of snarks, so I know I hit a homerun by choosing the hotel - would go back in a heartbeat. Big rooms, great staff and the best bed in the world. Well worth the climb to get into each night. « less

Great and outstanding staff is the biggest plus. Friendly and helpful. Hotel close to Camden Yards where my sister, son and I attended an Orioles/LA game. Also close to Inner Harbor. Negatives room I thought was small. Split in lampshade, no small refridge., dust on lamp, brochures with hotel information were greasy, no exhaust in bathroom to remove steam. While the complex is clean and nice and has many amenities I think for the price of the room it could have met my expectations more. I guess with convenience of area you have to suffer on the rest. « less
