The hotel appears to be fairly new, is well maintained & clean. Very good value for the money. I had a nice suite with small living room area, king sized bed, desk etc. All the things you will expect at a more expensive hotel. For a cheap hotel just off of the highway I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff are very friendly & helpful, though there do not appear to be a lot of them. If you are looking for somewhere with a view this is not the place to go. However if you are looking for somewhere with very nice rooms, pleasant staff & good prices I would highly recommend it « less

Price was very reasonable for the quality of service we received. Gal at the front desk was very helpful to me as I needed to call the 800 # in order to take advantage of the Choice Privileges promotion that was running at the time. Rooms were very clean, bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for 2 weeks of travelling. Breakfast was very good. The lobby area was welcoming and I would be very happy to recommend this hotel to anymore travelling through Fredericksburg. It's right off the highway and Interstate 95 was a parking lot on Easter Sunday so we opted to get out of the rat race and spend the night. Glad we did. « less
