I had a driver that was needing a place to stay in the wee hours of the am. I called hotel after hotel after hotel and they were not only really really expensive, but did not have a convenient place to park. This hotel was not only accomodating for him to find a place to park but was 30% cheaper than any other hotel in the area. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. They took what had been a horrible 24 hours for a driver and turned it around. Thank you so much!! « less

I recently returned to the phenominal Holiday Inn in Bolingbrook, Il. The hotel looked great and the customer service was not only still the leader in its industry but had only gotten better. Not only were the guest service teams on the ball but they somehow made me feel like I was a family member coming home after a long absence. Kohlby was working the desk and you could tell the minute you walked in she was there with her ever cheerful great to see you attitude. Charles was on shift as well and met me with a big smile and a "great to see you again!" I had to stop in and say hello to Peter and as always he made me feel like I had just stepped out for restroom break. If your looking for a truly awsome customer service experience and travelling in the Chicago area the Holiday Inn is the only place to stay! « less

This is a GREAT hotel!!! Was in town for an "extended stay" and the entire staff was amazing and VERY accomodating. The management (Lori /Larry) would make sure we were always comfortable and would check often if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. They have REALLY gone above and beyond anything you would expect from a hotel. ALL the staff making us feel at home and part of the family instead of an "annoying" guest. Yet all the while remaining very professional. The rooms are a good size, cozy and clean.They will provide mini fridge and microwave if needed which comes in handy to business travellers and people with children especially. The enire staff will always greet you with a smile to welcome you back from a long day and I would strongly reccomend this hotel to anyone. You wont be dissapointed, as for us, we will definatly be back again!!! « less

Rooms were clean and decent sized. The desk was friendly at check-in. The breakfast we had there in the morning was good and had good service despite watching the poor 2 person wait staff run around trying to service the crowd. The did well and should be commended. The only issue we had was with the hotel shuttle service. They promised to shuttle wedding guests from country club back to the hotel and seemed to overpromise. They didn’t have enough service when the event ended and people had to return in their cars to help shuttle guests back to the hotel. The bar is tucked into the corner area and is somewhat small to handle the potential crowd after a wedding. I would stay there again but if planning an event I would make sure to know what to expect. « less

We offer our shuttle service to and from many local venues. The service that is priovided is finalized through the bride and the groom several weeks prior to the event. Shuttle times are determined by the total number of rooms picked up, and availability of the hotel shuttle. For this particular wedding that you have refered too, we did provide several different pick-up times due to the size of the group. Unfortuanatly, if everyone in the group waits until the last shuttle time to return, there will be a delay in returning to the hotel. I spoke to the drivers and they did not report any problems this particular evening. I am truely sorry if there was any delay in your return.
