We spent the night at the Hyatt Regency before getting an early flight. It was a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and the walk to the airport is very quick. There is an easy drop off entrance to get checked in and the long term parking lot is convenient. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. We'll stay there again. « less

Stayed here the previous night for an early morning departing flight as the hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal. Lobby and hallways were clean and modern, and my room was reasonably spacious as well. Staff on check-in and check-out were courteous and efficient. « less

I gambled with the Hotwire "Hot Rate" and got stuck with the hotel at the airport. That being said, my experience was very good. This was a getaway trip for me; I didn't leave my room, so that's really what this review is about. One quick note, I noticed in another review that this hotel does offer free, 24-hour shuttle service to any restaurant or attraction within a 7 mile radius. I like the freedom to come and go as I please in my own vehicle (airport parking makes this nearly impossible, or at least costly), but to the hotel's credit, they seem to accommodate well. Now for the room: The bed was perfect, not too firm but not mushy either, with plenty of soft pillows. The room was not large, but suitable. The bathroom was standard. Everything was very clean. The TV was a good size and I liked the setup of the desk and chair. Parking lot view is what it is. A $10 charge for 24 hours of subpar internet (per person, per device!) seems tacky, but some hotels just seem to be stuck in their ways on this. Add $13 for long-term parking and even the "hot rate" began to seem pricey. I would never pay $129-149/night for this hotel, but, again, my stay was good. Excellent service! « less

Thank you for your comments and recommendation MattRough! We certainly appreciate your detailed review and positive comments on so many aspects of your stay. Just so you know on your next visit, we have a new policy where we only charge per room, and not per device, so if you accumulate charges for using Wi-Fi on multiple devices please let us know, we manually adjust these off at the front desk. If you would like me to update your account and send you a new copy of your receipt please contact me directly at the hotel.
Thank you again for staying with us, and for taking your time to review our property. Have a great day.

Thank you EastlandMall, for your 4-Star rating and review of our hotel. We appreciate your comments on our guestrooms, the fitness center, and our location. For the future, we do offer room packages that include internet and parking at a deep discount, though we don’t include those amenities in the base room rate because not everyone uses them. If you have any questions or further comments please contact me directly at the hotel. Thank you very much, we truly appreciate your business and hope to see you in the future.

Normally I usually take a couple of days after a stay to write a review I couldn't wait for this one. I have stayed at this property over the last 20+ years and it never has really impressed me . From the time of trying to check in and having to wait on the front desk person to finish her phone call it was never a warm welcoming like I get at a Marriott or Hilton property. We have a corporate rate here that is very reasonable other wise anything over a $100 I would defiantly not recommend staying here. Lets look at the room the return air vent excessive amount of dust around the vent. Bathroom tie in the tub area allot of mole in between the tiles . Room service was okay , they were accommodating special ordered a BLT was okay the bacon was cold but over all it was a decent sandwich. As with all room service a it over priced when it comes to the additional charges. Now the good part of the staying here , well it is close to the airport just a few hundred feet away so that is a plus. Other than that I would not stay here . I have stayed at a few Hyatts over the years of traveling and this has to be the bottom of the list . So quick recap: 1- Check in staff F 2-Room quality C+ 3-Room clearness D- 4-Location if flying A Will I stay here again probably will I want too NO « less

Good day, SN1960, I am sorry to hear that you weren’t welcomed properly to our hotel, and that you experienced issues with your guest room and room service. I assure you that we have taken your concerns very seriously and addressed each of them with the departments involved. It is disappointing to hear that you stay with us frequently, and that you travel frequently for work, and haven’t had positive experiences. I would be happy to discuss this with you personally, and to address any of your needs prior to your next visit. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you in the future, we do value you as our guest and will strive to exceed your expectations.
Have a great day.
