Jerry Christian was the manager on - we called him the day before because we had personal problems that might interfere with our stay (i.e., coming for graduation, but not sure our son would graduate). In an otherwise stressful experience, he was the best part - extremely thoughtful, kind and reasurring, letting us know that the hotel would be flexible for us. When we arrived (all the personal stuff worked out) he remembered us, was extremely welcoming, and even gave us passes for breakfast. In my book, the extras are nice, but it is really the attitude that brings me back, and Jerry couldn't have been nicer while remaining extremely professional. I hope the Westin recognizes that they have a gem in this person, and my good feelings about the Westin are totally because of him - wish I had more people like that in my own business. « less

This was a very comfortable place to stay for the business traveler. The room was lovely. I was upgraded to a jr. suite and had plenty of room. The bathroom is spacious and the bedroom comfortable. I had a great front desk experience, although it could be more heavily staffed at peak check-in, check-out times. I took advantage of my Platinum breakfast add on. The continental breakfast was just what I needed and it had great, fast service.
I also took advantage of the walking trail. Very nice touch. The run that the hotel marks is along a busy road. I am not quite that brave, but it did look like a challenging run.
Great location for business travelers working in Florham Park complexes. Thank you for the wine reception on Tuesday evening. « less

From the very beginning this was a nightmare. They lost our prepaid reservation which then caused us to miss our shuttle to the wedding we were staying there for. They eventually found it misspelled but too late. They did provide a shuttle awhile later, whew. The shuttle to return from The Park Savoy was to be at 12:30AM. We went to catch the shuttle at 12:13, along with other people and were informed the first one had left but another would be coming. We called the hotel repeatedly only to be told someone would be there. We finally got back to the hotel, 8 minutes away at 2AM. Also, we checked in with my husband, son and me, my Mother was supposed to come but backed out and the bed? 1 Kind bed. The front desk? Ugh, ok the late night guy was ok but check in? « less

Lobby is beautiful, open and large. Staff was efficient (called for another bathrobe and got it in 3 mins), accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only strange thing is the metal sliding bathroom door- it's really heavy. Although it saves space and it was hard to move. If I had another wedding in the area I would absolutely stay again. « less
