Room was priced at $109 for a very tiny place. Room would not pass a building inspector nor a health inspection. Had about a 6 sqft area of black mold. Had a horrible odor. Very noisy room from street traffic.
In a market like Orlando and aside from the mold, this room would be worth about $49 a night or less. I have certainly paid less than $49 for a bottom tier hotel room.
Staff told me that all rooms available had mold due to the recent rains. That mold had been there for months, if not years. « less

When we got there they told us that the hotel was fully booked and that they only had two rooms available left in the ground floor. It was very noisy, not because of the other guests, but because of the cleanning service. On the top of that, we were hearing all night a engine noise and when we complain they told us to turn on the AC so we didn't hear it! Room and restroom was not clean at all. I had to ask for another pillow and there was a lot of hairs in the shower. We also had to ask for a light bulb because the lamp didn't had any. « less
