The best part of the hotel was the first-rate exercise rooms. Anyone who wants get a little workout in on their stay will be pleasantly surprised by the offerings. There was a room for treadmills with built-in cable on their screens, chilled towels, excellent cooling, and a view of the pool. The other room had weight training equipment. Other aspects of the hotel were very good as well. The location cannot be beat- it is right next to a sizable mall, near I-94 and numerous dining options. It is one of the best locations in the greater Milwaukee area. The rooms were spacious and modern with luxurious beds. The layout was pretty straightforward and the room easy to find. Overall, I would say it is one of the best hotel bets for the western Milwaukee suburbs with good amenities and an impeccable property. I would recommend it over the nearby Best Western and Country Inn. « less

We rec'd a very good rate for this hotel and upon arriving asked if breakfast was included. It was not, but we could pay a little extra and be on a special floor with cocktails, snacks and morning breakfast. We opted for this and it was wonderful - the floor was so quiet and it was nice to have the free beverages. The staff was very nice and helpful also. Would definitely stay here again. « less

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel during the Midwest Gaming Classic, which seemed to be a real stress on the staff and facility. If I had been staying there for some other reason, I would have been really annoyed about the fact that the main floor hallways and lobby were jammed with people and games and that the gaming convention took over the bar/lounge area on Saturday late afternoon for a presentation.
We had a king suite due to the need for a bedroom separate from the living area. The suite was very nice and large enough for 3 adults to have room to relax. The bathroom was quite small, but adequate. Everything was clean. This room came with "Club Lounge Access" which meant that we could use our room keys to access a 4th floor lounge for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening during set hours. However, we had to specifically remind the front desk person that we were entitled to the club access. When our electronic door keys failed on our second day there, the desk clerk was very rude when we told him we were entitled to club access and questioned why we thought we should have that benefit. (After I made a comment about his attitude, we received a phone message in our room with an apology.) That was the FIRST time the electronic keys failed and began our downhill spiral that lasted from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. that day. We were on the 4th floor and had to return to the front desk at least at least 8 times during that day because the electronic keys continued to fail. After the 3rd set failed, the manager came up to our room and tried a master key, but had to have an engineer come to open the door. Then, a maintenance man came with a key that worked, but didn't work for the club lounge access. So, back to the front desk again. The front desk kept issuing new keys but they didn't work. We spent time in the restaurant waiting for a fix and my husband went back and forth with the key problems. Finally a maintenance man who seemed overwhelmed came to change out the door lock about 7:00 p.m. He finally finished at about 9 p.m. As a condolence for our trouble, we were offered the Sunday buffet breakfast for free; there was talk about awarding us extra Starwood points, but that never materialized.
We used the Club lounge access for Saturday morning breakfast buffet. The attendant there seemed very stressed with the number of guests; she could have used some help, given the number of families in the hotel that morning. We also used the dining room of the hotel for 2 meals and one at the bar.The food was very good and the service was great. The Sunday brunch was adequate but not very impressive - in our case, it was free, which was the right price. I felt that the room rates were quite high, but we paid for the convenience of being in the same hotel as the gaming conference. « less

I apologize you had issues with our electronic keys. Like every electrical device, they do occasionally fail…however it is a very rare occurrence.
I’m sorry you felt the room rate was high. The Midwest Gaming group discount was a $20 savings off the best available rate of the day.

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights at this establishment. He found a great deal for the hotel and we paid around $60 per night. We spent very little time at the hotel and were satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly, though we did have difficulty finding the main entrance as we arrived late at night. The hotel is located just 10-15 minutes outside of Milwaukee and right next to a mall/shopping plaza. Would probably stay here again if we can secure the same deal. « less

This is a very convenient hotel that is on the outskirts of Milwaukee. You willneed a car to stay here, but is very close to Milwaukee and the key highways. The hotel is big and you will do alot of walking. It has a nice lobby and very cordials staff. It is not up to the Sheraton name and looks like a lower quality hotel. The Club Lounge needs a better breakfast and presentation. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. « less
