We stayed overnight after a flight from Sydney and had to catch a flight to Orlando the next morning. The hotel shuttle was a bonus and we didn't have to wait very long for it. Our room was on the 7th floor and was clean and the bed comfy. We weren't bothered by any noise from the airport. The room rate was reasonable and we thought good value for money. Only complaint was that they don't have free Wi Fi « less

They did not have a room available for me despite my having prepaid for the room. I had to wait from midnight to 2 am in the hotel lobby while they were trying to turn around rooms that airline crew would empty in evenings. They tried making things better by offering free internet or other useless things but nothing compensates for a night's sleep when you are booking a hotel close to the airport for convenience.
In all my years of travel, I had not even heard of this happening. The hotel oversells their rooms since flight crew often don't stay overnight/ whole day and tries to get away with it. When I tried to check in, they had SEVEN people ahead of me in the lobby who had also prepaid for rooms but had no rooms to give them. This meant my schedule was completely ruined for the next day since I could not get a good night's sleep. Also seems like my thermostat was automatically raised in the morning which contributed to my not being able to sleep.
I have spent the last few days trying to figure out ways to avoid this kind of disaster ever happening again but I will start by avoiding this hotel and all Crowne Plazas in general. « less

Stayed over for a night between flights, no hot water in my upper floor room. WiFi limited, shuttle bus was delayed - we watched a number of other hotels doing several trips before our bus arrived. Generally tired and dated. My room overlooked the runway and the soundproofing was non existent so didn't get much sleep. On the plus side the staff were great and couldn't do enough. The bar/restaurant off the lobby served good value meals and a range of beers which made up for somethings. « less
