I've stayed here 6+ times for business--and know what to expect--a reasonably priced room in a convenient location with no bells and whistles...and that's fine. This time, however, was a bit disappointing and if I'd had more time I would've spoken with the manager. Check-in process went smoothly and room was once again reasonably priced but there were two minor problems (only one bar of soap in bathroom, no hangers in room) and one gross one: as I was falling asleep after midnight, anxious about an important meeting in the morning, I felt like a bug was crawling on me. I snap on the light, smack at where I felt the sensation and lo and behold, there is a bug in my bed--which made me wonder if he was traveling alone or was one of a pack. At this point I had the potential for 5 hours of sleep and going downstairs to complain was going to cut into that significantly so I prayed the other double bed in the room was bug-free and climbed into it. Didn't have any problems in that bed but this experience will have me looking around for another hotel option the next time I'm in town. « less

HORRIBLE front desk service and the staff couldn't have been more unaware of how to service a customer. they let people cut in front of me while I told them 4 times im late for a train. they messed up my bill and tried to charge me for a refrigerator even though I told them upon check In I need it for medication. its illegal to charge for this and then took them close to 30 minutes to fix my bill all while im trying not to miss my train! horrible bed and not a place id ever go back to again. IT WAS CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I had no heat in the room and complained and they sent some dopey security guard who did nothing. I eventually fixed it myself. I asked for a discount also upon checkout and was told " you already are on a discount rate" they obviously don't know about days in money back guarantee or fix the problems which they didn't ever fix. « less
