The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, Concierge Charlie is great and very friendly but I have to say that the breakfast buffet was lacking - food was not replenished and area around the food was not wiped up they need to really work in this area everything looks dirty and staff was not very cooperative. We have since recommended this hotel to others and would not think twice about going back. Excellent, more than comfortable efficiency rooms with fabulous continental breakfast and more than accommodating , helpful staff and a bonus to being a block away from the Dockside and Factor's Walk. « less

This was by far one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The location of the hotel is excellent! Parking garage is located right behind hotel where an entire level was dedicated to hotel patrons. The staff was extremely friendly and was always quick to have recommendations on what to do/see/eat while visiting. The continental breakfast was far beyond what I expected (homemade biscuits and gravy)! The rooms, though a little small, fit 4 woman and all our "necessities" for a girls trip comfortably. The only negative I have is that the comforters were a bit heavy to sleep with and the elevator was a bit slow. Minor in the grand scheme of things. I will definitely be staying here again when booking my next trip to Savannah! « less

The hotel was in a great location with the riverwalk a few steps away. We stayed in a junior suite which had everything we needed. The bathroom was small, but tolerable. The breakfast was a nice amenity and nice to be able to grab a hearty bite before heading out for the day. The best part about the hotel was the unbelievably friendly staff - everyone from the check-in desk to the concierge to the cleaning staff were superb! « less

We recently travelled to Savannah for vacation. This hotel is situated near many restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean and served an excellent breakfast. Concierge was very helpful with booking tours and dining ideas. We also travelled to Tybee Island and this was only a short drive away if you want to go to the beach. The only minus about this hotel is there was some noise from the street. « less
