When we arrived, our room did not have a refrigerator in it. They said we would have to move to another room to get one. Had an appointment and no time to move. In the morning, we went to the desk for assistance and there was no one there. Went to the dining area for coffee to wait for desk clerk to come back. No coffee cups in the dining area. Looked in cabinets to find cups, unable to find. Went back to desk to ring bell for assistance. The person eating in the dining area, that we thought was a customer, turned out to be the desk clerk. She never asked if we needed anything before when standing at the desk or while looking for cups. She seemed put out that we interupted her breakfast needing help. The other staff were very helpful and polite. This was the only staff member who seemed up out with helping customers. And I still wonder why they could not just put a refrigerator in our room instead of us having to move rooms. « less

The Young Lady that checked us in was by far the worst customer service rep i've had there...i've stayed @ super 8 Bedford on many many trips, have even recommended location to other sports officials...the front desk clerk was very rude, seemed that she had something else going on in the back room of the registration desk..She was very short on answering any questions, very bad attitude to meet and greet customers, Loud when talking......not my idea of front counter customer service...... « less

DFW Airport is located 8 miles north of the Super 8 Bedford. The hotel does offer shuttle service to and from.Shuttle to airport is from 4am - 12noon. Taxi service is around $15-20 one way.
