The hotel is a quick ride from the Denver International Airport - which makes it extremely convenient for all of our attendees coming in from around the country. It is also an easy ride into downtown for shopping and nightlife if that is your forte.
The Sales & Catering team went above and beyond to ensure that our week long event was absolutely perfect! The hotel is older, like some of the other reviewers say, but the hospitality of the entire staff certainly boosts the aesthetic charm of the place. The food was quite delicious and they offered a great variety since we were going to be having most of the meals for our attendees on site. A short walk could get you to a handful of other restaurants as well. I would 100% have another large event here.
As for my personal travel experience - my room was impeccable. I was in a King Suite and very much appreciated the complimentary spa lotions and relaxation products that were in my room. I had a long travel day and the aroma therapy was exactly what I needed. There were always staff in the hallways cleaning and willing to provide me anything I asked for (including the toothbrush I had left at home accidentally). The work out facility was clean as was the pool area for my morning workouts. I recommend staying here if you are looking in the Denver Airport area.

This is a 3 1/2 star rated hotel (Hotwire) and it is nice - great beds, a good room - not much closet space, decent bathroom. Nice bar - an attached convention center for meetings. If you're traveling I-70 through Denver (eastside near Denver International Airport), this will probably be the best hotel - right off the freeway. Staff is OK; seemed a little tense for some reason like they didn't want to over-extend themselves. No one offered to help me with my luggage/bags. I find Marriott's much friendlier. « less

We missed our connection at DIA, the air line got us rooms at the crowne plaza. We were all very tired as we just got back to the states from Europe. The van picked us up and we were there in no time. We had a great dinner and drinks ,at the bar, and relaxed . The staff are very helpful and always answered our questions and took good care of us. Would recommend this hotel « less

This appears to be a former Holidome property, so the property is rather mature. The reception area and bar are in very good condition, and the staff is very courteous and lives up to the expectations of a business-class hotel. However, the rooms are small, and while the furnishings are updated, the room itself, including the windows, HVAC, locks, etc are rather old and not up to their original standards. The interior corridors are in an equal state of older stature. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I expect more choosing a property of this brand. « less
