Recent business trip. Hotels who cares.
Well - my experience with this hotel..........The morning after I checked in Miriam at the front desk remembered my name. No big deal except when you are in on planes, rental cars, TSA lines etc to actually be treated as a person is an unusual experience. Major kudos to her.
But there.s more. My college got sick and she took up Tea, crackers etc and went over and beyond what you would possibly expect.
Will always stay at this Hyatt Place and started staying at others instead of Hampton Inn (nothing against Hampton ).

Spent the weekend at this hotel while on business in the area. The hotel was full of teenage girls with some type of sports team. They ran the halls all night, slamming doors and laughing. When I complained to the front desk they told me they didn't realize they had put me on the same floor with the girls. They offered to comp one night which I found out at checkout was never done. Besides the unbearable noise, I never saw a maid. They forgot to service my room both days even after I told the front desk clerk about it the first day. Very poorly managed hotel. « less

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Place Johns Creek three nights the end of December 2012 for our son's wedding. We had the groomsmen, family, and friends in the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved it. The staff in the lobby were professional and personable the entire weekend. It was a fun time, and we were blessed to be staying here. We did not need any problems with our room accommodations for anyone to stress us out for the weekend. Thankfully, we had ZERO problems and all was great! « less
