The staff was very nice. I liked the security feature on the door at night. Coming in to a fire when it was so cold outside was amazing to warm up. I would stay here again.

"Smelled like weed."

Walked in and the first thing we smelled was weed. The hotel could not provide us a handicap accessible room for three because they only have one bed in all handicap rooms… so stupid! The elevator reeked of weed for two days. There was a dog locked up in the room next to us crying for hours until his owner returned. They only provided one trash can in the room and because of Covid they o lumu do house keeping if you are there at least three days so we had to use other bags for the trash. The only positive was the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cook at Burger Theory was amazing for breakfast.

I came and stayed from out of state to watch my son play baseball. The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The receptionist welcomed me with a smile and offered me refreshments after being at the ball field all day. Each day I was there, I looked forward to going back to the room and relaxing. The bed was BEYOND comfortable and the rooms were reasonably sized. I plan to stay here again if we play in this area!

Hotel was clean, well appointed and friendly staff… however, with an average nightly cost at $150 for a single bed, I was told I would have to pay for breakfast. I travel a lot and breakfast is important. $5.95 continental and 10.95 full breakfast is silly. I asked for a voucher and was turned down. Upon leaving, a separate travel partner had some complimentary breakfast passes at their door in the morning…? Why couldn't those be offered to me when I asked nicely? Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

There isn't a whole lot to eat as far as quick things around this hotel. We arrived in town a little after 9 and nothing was open to eat. You also have to pay for breakfast. The beds and room was kinda small. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so these were things that were a disadvantage for us.
