Property Description

Property consists of two separate facilities, one Lodge inspired building containing 114 deluxe junior suites complete with Ayres Dream Sleeper double pillow top beds, executive work areas and high speed wireless internet access. Building surrounds a beautiful courtyard and patio containing a gas barbeque island, fireplace, pool and spa.Executive Suites building contains 53 one and two room suites with the one room suites containing a kitchenette with a refrigerator and micro wave and the two room suites complete with a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom areas. Banquet space consists of 3,000 square feet of meeting space which includes:Balboa Room - conference room outfitted with a conference table comfortable for 10 guests.Meeting space has been recently renovated and accommodates as follows:Newport Room - 1000 square feet of meeting space that accommodates up to 66 people.Sundance Room - 625 square feet of meeting space that accommodates up to 50 peopleHuntington Room - 1200 square feet of meeting room space that can accommodate up to 75 peopleNewport/Huntington room - 2200 square feet of meeting space that accommodates up to 110 people
