Property Description

Escape from the ordinary. Hospitality tailored to your needs and first class service are our passion. Where privacy, location, comfort and affordability come together to make your time in the Pikes Peak area relaxing and memorable. Located in the heart of Historic Old Colorado City, the GuestHouse is walking distance from over 100 shops, galleries, boutiques and fine dining. Local attractions are an easy drive away and business travelers will find themselves within a few minutes of both downtown centers of commerce (Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs). Our guest rooms are tastefully decored to offer comfort, utility and ambiance. Private bath, of course, but each room has TV/DVD/VCR/CD as well as WIFI and direct connect Internet at no additional charge. We have rooms with private outdoor Hot Tubs (4), steam showers (3), fireplaces (5) and Pikes Peak views (7). No detail has been left to chance from fine linens to our full stocked butler's pantry your needs will be well met. The Conference facility is available to residents or outside groups. Modular seating accommodates groups as large as 50 (receptions, etc.), 40 (formal sit down dinners), 30 (Classroom style). Our Library is available for casual meetings up to 8 or 10 people and the dining room will seat up to 16 for luncheon or dinner meetings. Naturally the entire Inn is available for larger groups with special rates available on request. We offer International VideoConferencing service on-site providing face-to-face meeting capability with literally anyone in the world.

Green Sustainability

We compost all our leftover foods to a local gardener. We ask guests to use towels for a few days to keep from washing them daily. We leave the doors and windows open in nice weather to keep from using a/c. We use bio-healthy cleaning supplies.
