We booked two nights at the Sandman for our High School sports team. When we arrived the hotel staff was pleasant and efficient at checking us in. Once everyone was checked in to the hotel we had a mix up with the rooms we were supposed to get and the hotel staff corrected this immediately. The rooms were spacious and clean. In the evening there was a security issue with some other guests and the hotel staff were quick to respond and dealt with the issue appropriately. I would recommend this hotel for sports teams and plan to book here again for future events.

"After we moved two times, got no wakeup call."

The first room we got was for a family with a pull out bed, not suitable for four middle age women. Second room, different floor, had no fridge for our wine. Third room we got was not set up for four people, had to go to desk to get extra glasses and mugs. Because we moved so many times we did not get the wake-up call we had wanted and almost missed the bus.

I had a very good stay at the Sandman signature hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, ample free parking and close to Humber College. The only bad thing was that the rug had numerous stains on it and the kitchenette did not have any pans to cook my fish in the oven. I was also told the long distance charges would be cheaper than they actually were. I am going back to Toronto this month and next and hopefully will get the same rate of $79/night for a Friday and Saturday.

The Sandman Signature Hotel Toronto Airport is located 5 minutes from the Toronto (Lester B. Pearson) International Airport. Our Hotel amenities include: complimentary airport shuttle service, complimentary high speed internet access, and complimentary coffee and tea in the guest rooms. Moxie's Classic Grill and Cocktail Lounge is open daily from 6 am. Java Fresh Lobby Coffee bar is also open daily from 6am. Indoor pool & whirlpoolWe offer a variety of different suite layouts, and are the only hotel in the area offering in-suite laundry facilities (in one bedroom suites). The majority of guest rooms offer a beautiful view of the Royal Woodbine Golf Club, a challenging 18-hole championship course adjacent to the hotel
