Effective July 1, 2010 we are proud to open our new pool & hot tub room which will also serve as a poolside function area for weddings & parties. This area will be able to accommodate up to 150 person for

The overall service provided by all staff that we encountered during our 4 day stay was excellent to say the least. They were not only friendly, but quick and responsive when a request was given. The room itself was a bit small for a King, The only negative was no additional seating in the room other than a chair at the desk. However, I would honestly say that was the only drawback to the room. Easy access in and out of the property. We attended the hotel for a family vacation and took up 5 rooms. Everyone had nothing but good to say about the stay. The Restaurant. Should you stay in Ocean Shores and not eat at the Restaurant on site you have made a mistake. The food was under priced for the quality of both service, and taste. While others in our party did in fact eat elsewhere during their stay, my wife and I enjoyed all meals at the restaurant. The cooks even prepared items not on the menu upon our request. . Excellent dining experience in all aspects of service and quality. « less

Request a top floor for a view and for some quiet. Instead was put on the bottom floor (there are 3 floors) Above us was a toddler running back and forth all day and early morning. People slamming doors late at night. Our view was of some grass and bushes. Not able to see a speck of the ocean. The room was nice. The bathroom was large. The fridge was spacious. The TV was an old 90's CRT version, which could be improved. The Keurig coffee maker was a nice bonus. There was a restaurant on premiss so no free breakfast and they were out of coffee in the lobby one time we wanted some. Liked the spacious pool area (which was open 24 hours) but did not use it. The casino shuttle took me back to the room for free which was a nice bonus. « less
