Our condo units are not the typical hotel room. Each has its owners' personal touch expressed by their units' particular style and décor. With west-facing windows, balconies, and porches, all of our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of a sunset or relax while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool. Our condos have clean burning gas fireplaces, free WIFI internet access, cable television, and DVD players. The full kitchens feature the conveniences of home with all major appliances, cookware and tableware provided. Studio Suites are equipped with kitchenettes and include a two-burner stove top, small refrigerator, and microwave. Come delight in the comfort and out-of-the-ordinary experience of The Grey Gull. Conference facilities are located within walking distance of the hotel and can accommodate up to 1000 people. The Ocean Shores Convention Center is a state-of-the-art 10,185 square foot facility and can easily accommodate your small meeting, large banquet, or just about any other group needs.
