Great hotel for a family vacation! I took my children to San Francisco and the location was so easy to find. The hotel was nine stories tall and saw it from the freeway and got even more excited that, that was our hotel for the weekend. Its the tallest hotel I saw in that area. Overall I was completely satisfied and would stay there again! No doubt about it! « less

We had made 2 separate reservations because part of our party was only staying 1 night and the rest of us were staying 2. Had to cancel the 1 night reservation because someone got sick. When we arrived at the hotel, an agent had apparently cancelled both reservations. They were able to re-instate our 2 night reservation but it took a while. My BW app said I still had the 2 night reservation. While the room looked updated, the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. The tiles in the shower were cracked and the counter was formica and had a 5-10 degree tilt towards the floor, which made it hard to store anything round on. The bathrooms are also very small with the ceiling being about a foot shorter than the bedroom. The toiletries were a generic brand so I was glad I packed my own. Continental breakfast was pretty good. There were eggs and sausage. They even had a pot of steamed rice for guests that like that as a breakfast choice. Housekeeping was ok in making up the bed but not the bathroom. We had started with 2 half rolls of toilet paper and had used one after the 1st night. When we returned to our room the 2nd night they hadn't replaced the used roll. During the night I woke up sick and was in need of the additional roll we didn't have. I called down to the front desk around 10:30pm and asked for a roll of toilet paper to be sent up. We never received it when we checked out at 4am to catch a flight. Luckily I had just enough to make it. Would not recommend this hotel due to service and bathrooms. « less

We came in around 12:30 at night and were surprised to find a spot in the lot. The front desk staff was super friendly and waived the parking fee for us because of the time. I had called earlier in the day to remind them that we would be arriving late and our room was available when we got there. The room wasn't super clean. But the location near the airport was perfect and the free breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again. « less

We returned again to this comfortable and convenient Hotel. We arrived after a flight from London to be welcomed and allocated a lovely airy room on the 9th Floor. It was spotless, well appointed and everything worked! We were advised again about the facilities on offer and went to the bar for a Happy Hour drink and complimentary hot hors d'oeuvres. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable we had a good night despite some early morning airport noise - not the fault of the Hotel and to be expected for the convenience. The included breakfast was more than adequate. We had such a good experience we plan to return twice more for internal flights before we head back to the UK . Wish we could take one of those beds with us. The staff were helpful and the airport shuttle was on time. Thank you to all concerned « less
