PROPERTY REDEVELOPMENT:
In 2005, the original property was gutted to its brick and mortar. Redevelopment construction has created an upscale, extended-stay hotel, featuring:

Landscape changes include a sprawling setting with an alpine meadow of trees, grasses, a stone water feature and a dry creek bed. The landscape was designed with water conservation and Xeriscape principles in mind.

Three options are available to guests:
? 39 Studios (345 sq. ft).
? 78 One-bedroom units (690 sq. ft).

DINING FACILITY:
The 6,000 square foot restaurant features a new roof, lobby and innovative interior. An additional 1,000 square feet will be used for seasonal outdoor seating. The detached restaurant is connected to the hotel via service corridors leading directly into the meeting rooms to provide catering ease and room service functionality.
MEETING SPACE:
The Timber’s meeting space includes 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space with four meeting rooms. The main ballroom accommodates up to 350 people.
