My last two stays were horrible!! They front desk staff is completely clueless and can't follow directions. I ask then to only authorize my stay on my AmEx card, but don't charge it. I will pay with my MasterCard when I check out. They not only charged my AmEx on the same day I told them not to, but charged it three times for the same room, then charged me for a room that I didn't even have. They even reported me as a no-show for a stay that I had previous, even though I had shown up and was in there system. Completely clueless!!!!!! « less

The hotel is small, quaint, clean and has a safe once inside. And the pool looks very inviting...we plan to come back! « less

Hotel is an older property kept in excellent condition.. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, restaurant food is excellent and shuttle has always been a big plus. This hotel is one of my top picks! I ended up here after my flight was diverted to Dallas for weather. It was really run down. Not what I expected from Ramada. It was Saturday night and the hotel was filled with loud drunk kids who were running up and down the halls and banging doors. I would ave given it 1 star except that it was very close to the airport and the shuttle driver was awesome. I would not recommend staying here. « less
