I stayed here in early April for my Birthday my friends and I got a couple of rooms one had a spa tub in the room, it was great. They had a good clean pool and spa outside that was privet. It made us feel very safe, I loved that there was always someone at the front keeping an eye on the cars coming in and out. When we got there we were greeted by very friendly staff and got yummy cookies. Then in the morning we had a nice hot breakfast and fresh hot coffee. I will defiantly be staying here again. And I recommend it to all my friends as a fun getaway. « less

I stayed here April 27. Heath, the manager, greeted me and explained every detail about the hotel and gave me fresh baked cookies. The room was quiet and clean. It looked like the place had just been remodeled. The, bed was comfortable There was a separate table with two chairs where I ate my take out meal. It was the kind of room you enjoy coming back to. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I didn't use the pool or spa. We had microwaves and refrigerators in the room. Complimentary computer access was in the lobby. Breakfast was juice, apples, oranges, bagels, toast, pastry, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal (included raisin bran), waffles, yogurt, coffee and tea. I would stay here again. « less

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Quality Inn in Hemet, which is in a convenient location on the main street. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a small refrigerator and microwave in our room, as well as the free breakfast and WiFi service.
A few minor, easily correctible problems at this property would have made our stay even better: 1) Weak WiFi signal. It’s great to offer free WiFi service, but only if it works properly. One or two additional, strategically placed wireless routers should do the trick. 2) Every waffle made in the self-service waffle iron sticks and makes a big mess, regardless of the use of PAM spray. Buy a new one. 3) Redecorate the lobby and breakfast room with local photos: Ramona Pageant, Maze Stone, Hemet Train Depot, Mt. San Jacinto, the historic Hemet Theatre, Diamond Valley Lake, etc. Help guests to feel like they are in your unique town and not in Bakersfield or something. « less
