I'm so glad that we chose Country Inn & Suites for our trip to Niagara! My partner and I had booked the Whirlpool Suite, and were astonished upon our arrival. Our room was very clean, cozy, and came equipped with many items for our comfort (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc). The bed was extremely comfy and allowed for a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had initially booked the room for two nights, but were having such a grand time that we decided to stay for four nights. Our room was $90 per night which I think is great considering we had the jacuzzi suite. Though we did not take advantage of the swimming pool, fitness room or laundry room, I think it is great that the hotel includes all of that for their guests. The free breakfast was yummy and had a decent variety to choose from. The only thing that I probably would have liked was for the breakfast timing to be extended perhaps to 11:00am instead of 10:30am (I'm kind of a late riser), but that's not a big deal. One of our favourite aspects of the hotel was probably the fact that it is within walking distance of everything (the falls, Clifton Hill, Casino, restaurants, Greyhound terminal). It didn't matter so much to us, but for those of you wishing to use the internet, I must say that the wifi was pretty weak in our room (we were situated on the fourth floor), but worked great in the lobby. Overall, based on our experience, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this inn.

We were very pleased with this hotel! It is not a new building but it is well kept and our room was clean. The front desk staff were very pleasant and patient when answering our questions. We had a queen suite with a very comfortable bed. I loved that the suite was actually two rooms with a door to separate the rooms ("suites" in some hotels have only a partial wall). Other than having some noisy neighbors in the hallway the last night the room was very quiet. The included hot breakfast was good and the dining room was pleasant and clean. Pretty good coffee!! It's maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the Falls (I'm a slow walker). There's a WeGo bus stop about a block from the hotel. For a little over $7 you can buy a bus pass that's good for two days and goes to all of the attractions. « less

Booked a king suite with separate bedroom and living room only $113/night including $7/day parking. Room very nice, TV in both rooms, fridge and microwave. Walking distance to the falls, and restaurants but far enough away from the Clifton Hill midway noise. Included hot breakfast, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bread, coffe, juice. Good value. « less

We stayed here last week. We were upgraded to two suites at no extra charge. They also let us check in at noon, even though the usual check in is 3:00 p.m. We brought along our daughter and two grand kids 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. The front desk staff were so nice to the boys and we had a great time. The rooms were adjoining so the boys could explore both rooms and also the ice machine which was a great thrill for them. They went swimming after dinner in the hotel pool and had a great time.
We would stay here again as the breakfast was really good - lots of variety and the hotel was so quiet. Got a good nights sleep and it was great location....easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and all the tourist traps there. « less
