we stayed there for two nights, and we had an awesome quiet room, very quiet room, their elevator/vending machines/ice making machines are all behind a steel door, that doesn't affect the floor where you at, so it is almost sound proof for a good night sleep, their staff/houskeeping/kitchen staff are so so friendly, Debbie in the breakfast room is great, she demonstrated us the Pancake machine, (they have a full automatic pankcake machine) that the children really loved, free internet, free Breakfast, free smiles, and great customer service. will definitely stay there again. « less

We stopped in Festus for the night while traveling south through Missouri. The hotel was close to I-55, but behind a business, so easy to find and not too noisy. The woman at the front desk was very nice, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice selection for breakfast. There is also a decent selection of restaurants nearby, plus other shopping. « less

We arrived around 1 am and quite tired, but the front desk staff was very nice and courteous. We wanted to get south of St. Louis to avoid city rush hour traffic so I would recommend this hotel for those who are driving south. We were able to get a late check out the next day. The hot breakfast is nice. We didn't know there was an inside pool (maybe add this to the printable fact sheet).
I like the bed sheets (high count cotton) with a choice of firm or soft pillows.
