Although the hotel could probably do with a bit of a refresh, it is comfortable and handy. One bed suite was very big and it is very handy to have the kitchen, especially when staying for a while.
The breakfast was perfectly adequate, although got a little boring after a few days. Small gym, but the machines are all well kept. Nice pool, although it is not heated and doesn't get too much sunlight, so takes a while to warm up.
Really handy location for shopping and only a 10-15 minute cab ride in to the centre of Dallas. « less

This hotel is in a good location, very clean and includes a nice breakfast. That coupled with the fact that you get a 2 room suite with a kitchenette, which is big enough to comfortably fit a family of four, makes this hotel a great option at a reasonable price. There is even a decent pool with a hottub in the courtyard and a nice workout room. Free wi-fi, but $10 for parking. Still a great deal. « less

The hotel is generally well maintained and conveniently located. The parking garage is small, thus making it difficult to maneuver. Hot breakfast in the morning is a great feature, and so is the internet. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. The only truly negative comment is the water accumulating in the tub when taking a shower. It seems odd that it's an issue that hasn't been resolved. « less

I was here for two nights to attend a wedding. The location is very good. Central, easy to find. I would deduct points for the fact that there is no eating place within walking distance except the Cheesecake Factory. On the night I tried to go it was slammed with a line out the door. As a single woman traveler it also didn't feel very safe walking around at night alone. The other issue I had was with the fact that the toilet overflowed the first time I tired to flush it which tells me it wasn't cleaned prior to my checking in. No way could it have been cleaned and flushed without it overflowing. I had to call down for someone to clear it, then wait again for someone to come mop the floor. I think the guy to cleared the blockage expected me to just mop up the dirty water with towels and go on. « less

Hotel has a lovely happy hour every evening, in and out parking and a very nice staff.
We had a problem with our room not getting cleaned one day - when we called down to the lobby they made out as if it was our fault - odd since we left the room for the day at 9am and did not return until after 4.... We requested service and we got some new towels but that was it.
Room was very nice and clean with a small kitchen and lots of electronic amenities, large separate vanity area outside the bathroom/shower which made it easy for 2 people to get ready at the same time.
My biggest problem was that our room was on the side of the hotel closest to 75 -- the highway was loud all night and kept me awake -- request a room away from this side of the hotel. « less
