This was by far the smallest Fairfield Inn we've ever stayed at - width-wise that is. It was very tall - 29 stories and we had a city view room on the 23rd floor. The window is small and the room was tight for four people - it would be fine for two. Everything seemed compacted. The dining room was way too small for all of the people using it and they even had to have a hostess find you a table. The line both mornings stretched down the hall. Food was good although exactly the same both mornings. We loved the real New York bagels! Ice was hard to get - you needed to call the front desk and wait a long time. The concierge and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Location was good - just 3 blocks to Times Square. « less

We stayed here last week for 4 nights. Location is close to most tourist attractions including Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and broadway. Room was a bit small but clean and modern. Housekeeping was great and front desk was helpful with all our inquiries. Breakfast was busy but we always found a seat within a few minutes. For the money you can't beat it. « less

From the moment we entered this hotel we found every member of staff to be friendly and helpful.Any questions we asked were answered and advice given nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast in the morning was very busy so I would advise to go to breakfast early. The room was a bit small but it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linen. The hotel is in a very convenient location for site seeing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. « less
