I have stayed here many times. The hotel is not perfect but I think the service is. The front desk is awesome. The restaurant team is great and the food is reasonable. Is it gourmet? No! But get real. It's an airport hotel and if you judge it that way, it's very good. The parking comes with a fee but so do most other hotels in the area. I have seen other reviews and if they were rated less than 3 1/2 stars, I take issue.

Oui was a great sevice professional. I needed to change rooms and she was able to resolve the issue quickly and even brought my keys to my new room to me so that I didn't have to drag all of my luggage back to the lobby. The Executive service was great (Ross was friendly and helpful). The breakfast was adequate as was the happy hour hosted during the week. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for a business trip. « less

Staff was very professional & friendly, was greeted by all staff as you walked throughout the Hotel. Only had breakfast and quite enjoy the downstairs buffett as well as being able to grab something on the lighter side on the excutive 14th floor. Rooms were large and bed and furniture quite comfy. This hotel was close to the business facility that I was attending as well as some good restuarants, airports and freeway access. « less
