We recently spent the past few days here on the business level of the hotel. Its located a little out of town, but if you have a car this is not a problem. Our room was very clean and tidy, absolutely no issues with the room, there is no free wi-fi in the room, however it is very cheap to purchase or you can use the free wi-fi in the lounge. The buildings are also neat and tidy, and either very well maintained or new. The gardens are also well maintained.
The staff aren't overly friendly, however they are professional but a little too serious. Also, not all staff seem to be across certain offers or the inclusions of your stay, as when we checked out the final bill was incorrect.
A good stay and certainly recommended, staff are little too civil and need a little fine tuning re stay inclusions/exclusions, etc.

Despite the late hour there was a complementary shuttle bus which arrived quickly and hotel was very convenient for airport. On arrival at the hotel there was a large crowd of heavily intoxicated party goers but otherwise check in check out was very easy, pickup up car from hotel with no dramas. Overall very good, minus one star for intoxicated crowd. « less
