My wife & I chose this hotel (after searching many downtown locations in person) for our wedding party to stay at. We loved its downtown location (right near Chippewa), it's high-end interior, & the kind staff & amenities.
It's newly renovated with a very luxurious interior & modern decorations. The beds are very comfortable & the rooms are clean, & despite looking out over busy Chippewa Street, I never heard any of the nightlife out my window.
Breakfast is fantastic (over & above the basics) & they've even got "to go" bags if you can't stay to eat. Parking is free & so is an airport shuttle.
We chose to stay again this year after another family wedding! « less

I stayed at this hotel with my family back during the kids spring break and this hotel is now one of our favorite hotels in Buffalo. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Sanitizing wipes were provided in the room which is a nice surprise as we usually bring our own. The pool was nice and the temperature was perfect. We did unfortunately experience a fire alarm in the middle of the night which turned out to be a guest that decided to make toast with the clothes iron!! I completed a survey shortly after our stay and the hotel manager called my to discuss some of my feedback. I have never had a manager of a hotel contact me personally to discuss survey feedback. This level of customer service is rarely seen anymore. I highly recommend staying at this hotel the next time you are in Buffalo. « less

Stayed here more than a dozen times. Absolutely love this hotel. My wife and I come for Three nights evry June for our anniversary and three nights in September for our birthdays. We LOVE the city of Buffalo and the hotel is located in a perfect location to walk to bars or restaurants or to walk around and see some of the history of the city. The hotel itself is modern clean and very nice. The staff whether it be housekeeping, front desk or the breakfast room staff are always pleasnt, say good morning and do an incredible job.The breakfast has lots of selection and is very well stocked also very friendly!The rooms are always clean and smell great! This place always treats me like royalty. Cant wait to go again! « less

It was SummerFunGirl's birthday so a shopping/dining trek to Buffalo/Niagara Falls New York became the plan. After checking out Hampton Inn online, we booked a King Suite and were very pleased with our choice upon arrival. Free parking...friendly staff...clean, well-lit hallways...working ice machine...and a big, beautiful room...what more could you want? As you enter the room there is a separate bedroom on the left with a King Bed...closet...alarm clock/radio and 42" TV. On the right is a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a large vanity with a hair dryer on the wall. Moving forward into the suite you walk into a living room/kitchen/dining area with a microwave...full-size fridge...dishwasher and sink with cupboards. Utensils and plates and glasses are supplied too. There is a table and two chairs to dine at and plus a writing desk...pull out couch and another 42" TV. Our room also had a fireplace. There are pay tv movies you can watch and everything worked fine. Wireless internet is free but the one thing the room doesn't have is a safe for your valuables. The staff was very friendly and helpful and when our thermostat went on the fritz, they quickly sent up a technician to install a new one. There is no Room Service but there is a Subway and 2 other restaurants attached to the hotel if you need something to eat that's close by. Having the kitchenette was great as we made a quick trip to Tops and bought a bunch of food for late night snacking. Once we got our bearings we realised the hotel was in a convienient, central location which is always nice to have in a city you're new to. Overall we'd book the Hampton again in a heartbeat. « less

We're happy to be able to extend those amenities to our guests, providing them with a relaxing experience. You do a great job of describing our rooms. Thank you. If you choose to stay with us again, we have safes that are located on the first floor. Just ask a front desk representative and he or she will be able to help you. The Chocolate Bar and Papaya both offer room service, also, if you are interested. My apologies that we did not inform you of that. With our great location, we really have so much to choose from in terms of food and entertainment. Thank you for spending time with us, and we look forward to seeing you again!
