Stayed here on a work trip.The hotel is in a very good location close to major highways.Check in and check out were very pleasant.Friendly staff for sure.Breakfast was good,fresh fruit a major plus as I am a health food freak.Room itself was good layout and accomodations,but for some reason,noise through the walls was evident as I could hear my neighbors carrying on a normal conversation.So,some soundproofing would be nice.Bed and sheets were clean,although the blanket was a little too thin for my taste.Bathroom was small,but clean and laid out nicely.Good hotel! « less

By business partner and I arrived at 230 am and the front desk person was smiling and happy and helpful. We stayed from Thursday early am (late Wednesday nite) and checked out the following Monday after Cigarfest 2013. The room was clean and great. Wonderfully taken care of of ready early each morning. Breakfast was good , only problem it to 15 minutes to toast english muffin even lightly. Hey guy new toaster before next year. The Hot tub was awesome and help get me ready for next day.All in all centrally located and Cigarfest even had shuttle buss that came to the hotel. Great stay see you all next year. « less

We had a group of 21 students and adults stay here during a rafting/paintball retreat. The service was quick and courteous. The lobby and rooms were pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and enough for our group. They were not very busy and so it was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the bedding seemed very new. The only drawbacks were: 1. The bathroom in the room I stayed in had a broken shower curtain, no exhaust fan, and a slow drain. 2. The bedding that I received the 2 day, when pulled back, revealed a ball of hair! Yuck! The accommodations overall were good and it was located centrally to the attractions we attended. I would recommend and hope that this hotel will make the minor adjustments to be a great stay. « less

We I checked in there was an employee named Frank who was absolutely swamped. It was a holiday weekend and his coworker had gone home sick. Frank was hustling to wash clean towels for the pool and take care of the guests using the store and front counter. I actually felt bad for him. The following night we realized housekeeping had actually removed towels from our room and my wife mentioned it to Frank. A short time later he ran some down to our room. « less

Mid-week stay for rest and rejuvenation. Had a newly renovated hot tub suite that was clean and fresh. The pool and hot tub were nice, although the controller for the hot tub seemed to be in need of repair. Overall, we had a nice relaxing experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site small gee dunk store is a great idea! The gleeful Christmas decor was really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. « less
