My family and I booked a room at this hotel, Well Never again! When you finally find it there is a ramada sign with a arrow pointing up a hill First not a good sign at all that is ridicious. Then you get in and its empty parking lot when you are ready to go in I see a woman outside smoking so I said hello thinking it was a guest to much of my surprise she follows us in and goes behind the desk and says can I help you. I kinda looked dumb founded I said yes we have a reservation she was not pleasent by no means so we check in and go to our room pass the pool which is gross the smell that is in the hallway well it speaks for itself. No elevators, Nothing to eat etc. I did read other reviews about that so I was not even going to ask. All I can say is never again never again dont waste your time your money on this hotel pay alittle more and get good service and a good place to stay needless to say we left the next day and booked up the road.. « less

We stayed for one night, we were able to check in around 1:00 PM and dropped off our bag and left. The hotel was the cheapest in the area and we were curious to see the room. Nothing fancy but the room was clean and quiet. Our son had booked a room a half mile away and paid $30 more for the night and he said our room was as good or better than theirs. This hotel does not have any amenities like breakfast in the morning, the indoor pool is not in operation, the restaurant on site was not open. « less

A group of us went up for a festival in the Pocanos, we got a really great price as we booked early, well when we arrived the hotel said they didnt recieve our reservation and they were fully booked. We had a suspicion it was due tot he fact they were now charging over $200 a night for a room (due to the festival) and we only paid $40... well once we produced all our paperwork and with a lot of arguing the manager magically found us a room.
So we were very unhappy, but more so when the next moring we got chatting to some guys in the parking lot who had the EXACT same thing happen to them the previous night, they also paid around $40 so it seems the staff are trying to get rid of the cheap deal customers in the hope they can fill the rooms with premium paying customers.
The thing is though I would be totally gutted if I had paid a penny more than $40 for this room, the whole place is run down and just plain nasty, from the puddle of dirty water in the middle of the empty pool, to the lift stuck between floors that looks like it hasnt worked in a long time this place is a total dump! « less

First off, somebody changed my reservation from two rooms for one night to two nights for one room. When I told her my confirmation number she said it didn't matter and she showed me a fax sheet that was obviously doctored. When she saw that I wasn't giving in she came up with the second room, the guy in back of me reserved 5 rooms and they said he only reserved 2 rooms, I don't know how that worked out. Next, my room was on the 3rd floor and my buddies room was on the 4th, no elevators and the key card for my buddys room didn't work, twice he went to the desk and they finally sent a maintenance worker to fix it. Next, the dresser drawers had grit and sand in them and the refrigerator was locked. The view from my room showed a garbage strewn lot. All things you'd never expect from a Ramada, « less

This place should of been closed down alone time ago. Hurricane Sandy had nothing to do with it. The roof leaks and the pool has not worked in a year or more, the elevators are not inspected. The rooms are smelly and dirty, do not have enough sheets and towels for the rooms. Water is usually rusty due to the well being empty. The bathrooms are gross and the kitchen and bar are closed down for now. I suggest you go down the street and pay a few bucks more, but it will be worth it. « less
