The bathroom was huge with a great tub and separate large shower and separate toilet room. The king bed was comfy and perfect for Mother's Day gift. We were able to checkin early and check out late. We packed the frig with food and had our own private on the patio over looking the Pacific Ocean (old marineland property). The adult pool was fun with sand area with lounge chairs and umbrellas on top of the bluff. Will come back for another getaway or celebration. « less

Wow!!!! I don't even know where to begin. I fell in love from when I first arrived and it just kept getting better. I stayed in an ocean view suite which was super conveniently located steps away from the pool and also very close to the catalina restaurant. The staff is definately top of the line when I needed blankets they brought them to my room within 5 minutes. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries which were delicious btw and within 10 minutes they arrived. I ordered room service for breakfast and everything was delicious. Be aware that self parking is $25 and if you're unfamiliar with Palos Verdes try to arrive during the day the streets are not well lit and the roads curve a lot. I really really enjoyed my stay and honestly did not want to leave. I will definately be returning again and hopefully very very soon. « less

I have been to each of the restaurants and bars located throughout the property and have thouroughly enjoyed them all. My wife and I had the opportunity to spend the night so we packed up our bag for a short stay-cation! We found the experience as nice and relaxing as we had each of our times visiting the resort. The room was large and clean...the bathroom was very high quality and the Hawaii-feel of the resort made it a very welcome break. I'd highly recommend Terrenea for families & couples looking for a change from the hustle-bustle of west LA or Downtown. « less
