there is not much good i can say about this place. price is too high for what we got. the room was not that clean, it smelled. the curtains were hanging off the rod and we had to hang them back up. very disorganized. the bed was as had as a rock. no cups for drinking. things just looked way too old and worn out. the only thing that was good was the air conditioner worked.also had to wait for the desk clerk to come back from taking someone to the store. « less

Our room was clean, with a king bed and reasonably priced, for the area. The building was secure after 10 pm with entry by key only, despite a somewhat "seedy" looking neighborhood. The parking area only accommodates 10 vehicles, despite the fact there are 19 rooms. If the lot was full and you had to park on the street behind the hotel, I can see there could be a problem. All the major hotels charged a lot more that were near downtown. It was within walking distance of downtown, which was a plus, as parking was expensive. The "continental breakfast" was basically non-existent. There was a small table in front of the check-in area that had a few pieces of fruit, coffee, and some one-bite muffins. « less

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We will not be staying again. The first time was so so, and over priced, this time we had a different room and it was nothing like the first room we stayed in at this location. One nights stay was over $70 for room 112 which had a roach on the shower curtain, carpets that were stained and dirty around the doors and walls as if they had not been properly cleaned in years. The bathtub shower unit looks as if it's had holes in it in the tub potion as well as the basin area and someone patched it with some spakle or something. For $70+ a night I'm not expecting a 3+ star stay but seriously this place is along the lines of a $30 stay not a $70 stay. « less

First off, our truck, along with 3 others, were broken into while we were sleeping because they make you tape a piece of paper to your windshield to show that you payed so you can park there... an open invitation to thieves. And, the price is too high for the condition of the rooms. Half of Monday was spent dealing with police and CSI. Motel should've refunded our money... police said this happens there a lot. Ended up costing us hundreds of dollars to replace what was stolen and broken. « less

I am sorry for the burglary that took place, which was the first major incident that happened in 2 years. I as a manager felt worse than everybody else.
Now, we have our own security at night and together with the police patrol we should be able to prevent these thing happened again.
