The Fairmont Newport Beach is currently undergoing a $27 million dollar phased remodel commencing with our guest rooms, scheduled to be completed this winter, and culminating with the public spaces due to be completed the second quarter of 2006. The hotel will offer 444 luxury accommodations including 54 exquisite suites, and a redesigned sky pool deck. All guest rooms will include beautiful marble entries, 32” High-Definition LCD flat panel televisions, pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. The overall new look, encompassing everything from the entranceway to the gardens, is expected to be complete by early 2006.
