Property Description

We are located in contemporarily designed Downtown San Jose, in the SoFA district. The SoFA district is the South First Area and is comprised of vibrant night-life, restaurants, and entertainment. Nightclubs in the area include The Agenda and Miami Beach Club. Restaurants in the area include Eulipia, Original Joe's, and Emile's. Additionally, City Lights Theater, The San Jose Stage Company and The California Theater are nearby. There are also comedy clubs such as the IMPROV and ComedySportz. You can also find cinemas like Camera 12 and Camera 3 that show independent and mainstream films. Our meeting room is not available for parties. Although we are able to book meetings and seminars till 9:00 pm sharp. Maximum occupancy for our meeting room is 60 persons.

Thank you for your interest in our meeting room space. We primarily only book meetings or seminars. Each meeting room is equipped with a frame easel stand and complimentary flip chart. Free Wi-Fi Internet access and a complimentary water station are also included. Audio/visual equipment is available for an additional fee. Any audio/visual equipment not ordered at the time of contract signing is subject to a 15% service charge in addition to the audio/visual equipment fees. Our meeting space is perfect for seminars or small classes up to 75 people. Please inquire about our audio/visual equipment rental fees. Meeting room usage hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
