This was our first time staying on Cozumel and were looking for a mid-range priced all-inclusive hotel. This hotel fit our needs. It was clean and centrally located but a little dated. Although it was all-inclusive there was only one restaurant on the premisis. The food was buffet style and there was a "beach club" across the street that was open for lunch that we could use. I did not find that the food or service was top notch...it was just OK. Nothing bad, but nothing over the top either. The pool area was nice, but not many servers around. If we wanted a drink, we needed to go to the bar ourselves seemed like most of the time.We did have an "ocean view" but our room was on the street side since the hotel is across the street from the ocean. Therefore, there was some street noise in the early morning and evening, but quieted at night. The bed was comfortable. I must say that check in was speedy and a room was ready when we arrived at 1:30pm, however, it was a room with 2 double beds. We requested a king bed and the bell boy immediately called down to the front desk, got us new keys and had us moved 3 rooms down within a few minutes. The room did have a flat-screen tv, however, several of the chanels were fuzzy. The evening entertainment was subpar as well the two nights we were there - bingo and salsa dancing lessons. There didnt' seem to be to many people around the resort the days we were there. For the price we paid, it was a good value. Check out was not very speedy. Clerk was attending to a police officer and never acknowledged us. We were the only other people in the lobby and must have waited 15min or more to check out. « less

This is a resort catering to divers. It is not a place for the romantic getaway for 2 like a Sandals, Secrets, Couples, etc. It does well for the intended purpose. It is all inclusive but the food all starts to look the same after 3 days. Value wise though for a diving trip it is excellent. It is affiliated with Dive Paradise dive shops who do a phenomenal job at caring for your diving needs in cozumel « less

Whenever me and my friends visit Cozumel, we only choose to stay at this hotel and resort. I love the ambiance. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the facilities are clean, the bedrooms are quite large; we even had our own balcony. And because we love diving, we find the location of the resort convenient and accessible to best diving spots in the area. The only downside with this resort is the food. Not really what you usually expect. Perhaps it was just because we've got a whole lot of comparisons with other resorts, but the food is slightly unimpressive.
Just a tip for first time travelers in Cozumel, this resort is OK, but if you want to indulge in a food adventure during your stay, do not rely on the 'all inclusive' stuff that the resort offers. The location of the resort is just near the downtown, so you can also try some good restaurants there. Travelling with my friends was different when i was travelling with my family, my mom insisted on the 'all inclusive' deal, and we ended up getting disappointed with our meal. « less

A great value. Plenty of food and beverages. Staff deliver excellent service. I felt completely safe! I will definitely return here. The place is well manicured, clean and open. There are ongoing activities and a full service spa. The resort is on the edge of town and in walking distance of the market square. « less

If you are going to stay at a RESORT in Cozumel- this one is a good choice. Rooms are fairly affordable (although I wouldn't recommend the "all inclusive" as we found the food and drinks were unimpressive) and it is removed a bit from the chaos of the strip (about a 10 minute walk) which we felt was a perk. Our favorite thing: the availability of good snorkeling. While the corral in the area wasn't great we saw tons of great fish and it was as easy as a quick walk across the street. All-in-all a good experience. « less
